Accounts Payable Management: Supplier invoice processing, invoice verification, expense coding, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, aged payables management, and discrepancy resolution. Accounts Receivable Management: Customer invoicing, receipt processing, payment allocation, customer account reconciliations, aged receivables monitoring, and outstanding balance resolution. HST/GST Filing & Compliance: Preparation, reconciliation, review, and filing of HST/GST returns, tax calculations, and maintenance of supporting documentation to meet applicable filing obligations.
